Delivery & Return Policy

At Salat Farah, we care about your satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure every product you receive meets the highest quality standards. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that resin kits, pigments, chemicals, and liquid products cannot be returned once opened due to product safety and handling standards.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened resin, hardeners, pigments, or liquid chemicals.

  • Silicone molds or tools that show signs of use.

  • Handmade or customized products.

  • Clearance or promotional items.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@salatfarah.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

  3. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.

  4. Products must be shipped back to us in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
